In its time USB 2.0 was a huge step forward for USB technology. If was fast, dependable, and for lack of a better term universal. Once we started seeing larger and larger file sizes, along with new options like fire wire 800 and eSata coming out USB 2.0 came to its end. USB 3.0 is out now and it is taking over its rightful place its predecessor once held. 3.0 is more than just a little step up speed wise and that is what we will be taking a look at today Kinwin has provided us with a Kingwin EZ-Connect USB 3.0 to Sata Connector let’s see how well it stands up to its older brother 2.0:
