After launching their GTX 580, many expected the rest of 2010 to be relatively quiet for NVIDIA. However, other plans were brewing in the form of the GTX 570; a $350 graphics cards with enough rendering horsepower to go head to head with the GTX 480. This could seriously shake up the market and put AMD on the defensive.
