Given the performance difference between the Kingston SSDNow V+ 100 and SSDNow V 100 we cannot justify the 19% rise in cost per gigabyte. Looking back at our file copy test the SSDNow V+ 100 was as at best 19% faster than the SSDNow V 100, while we found the margin was more realistically around 5%. However when measuring real-world performance there was virtually no difference in performance between these two drives.
