It seems that Seagate are continuously pushing the boundaries of exactly what an external drive can be. Not all that long ago they released the GoFlex brand which instantly revolutionized the portable storage niche with its ability to change the interface it required with almost no effort. Then they pushed the limits of 2.5" capacity with their release of 1.5TB GoFlex beast and the competition trembled.
