After the launch of the “Sandy Bridge” Platform with Quad Cores in January, Intel took until February to release the corresponding Dual Cores. Since then they are around quite unnoticed of the general public. HT4U.net ordered a Core i3 2120 to compare what the Dual Cores can do better than their corresponding Quad Cores.
