I found the AZZA Toledo 301 to be constructed well. Its chassis is made of 1mm SECC steel. Although it has a lot of plastic on the front and top, it does not feel flimsy. The tool-less mounting system for HDD and optical drive was easy to use. It felt very secure. It has a Transformer?ish appearance that is very aggressive. The pre-installed fans are nice, but it could use at least 1x120mm fan in top to help with exhausting all the heat from the case. . ."
