Based in a 0.15 micron process Samsung has brought the bar up a few notches with its 1Gb NAND Flash Memory modules.
That translates into 32 CD-quality MP3's or 560 hi-res photos.
Sadly no word on when these will be available, or when an MP3 player will be able to use them ;-(
