Yesterday I posted a news article on Casio's MP3 watch, which I think is a great idea, however it probably still needs a few years of development. The MP3 portable players are the way to go if your looking for MP3's on the move. With this in mind I recommend you have a look at ZDnet's MP3 Review and price list.
