Steve at Legion Hardware takes a look at the GlobalWin CAK38/68. Good hsf's
but personally I can't stand the noise a delta makes anymore. Just way too loud!

GlobalWIN first unleashed their copper line of CPU coolers early this year
with the introduction of the CAK38. Copper coolers were just coming into fashion
when GlobalWIN introduced the CAK38. The CAK38 was one of the few copper coolers
to be constructed from 100% copper. Most copper coolers at this stage were glued
together, meaning that the copper fins are glued to the base. The problem with
this method is that the contact between the fins and the base may not be perfect,
and could even cause more thermal resistance limiting the performance of the
cooler. This is the very reason why GlobalWIN took the single copper cooler
method
