"As you can see being there are 4 speakers opposed to only 2 the sound will a lot louder and have a higher quality. Though you will notice the speakers slightly differ, they all connect into the sub differently and being there is 4 you want to take advantage of the full surround sound effect and this is allowed because of the M3D technology which basically lets you control the back or farther away speakers separately and with its own different audio controls. One thing about the speakers that is nice is how the cables for the far away speakers is in fact very long so
you can have them all the way across a good sized room and even the close speakers have a good cord length that doesn't disrupt your placement of the speakers or give you a ton of left over slack. Though the speakers are not limited to just putting them on a desk or some other surface - you can mount these to the wall quite easily and it looks great. This was actually experimented with in my home and it does in fact look great, these speakers adapt well to any environment or blend in well in any environment. "
