Handspring Visor Neo Review - PCstats.com Handspring Visor Neo Review
Thu, February 07 2002 | 11:44PM | PermaLink Feedback?
With the Handspring Visor Neo, the days of trying to remember things off the top of your head are long gone. No longer do you have to use a paper address book and calendar. Everything that you need to remember can now be stored in the nifty little hand-held Neo. Now, doesn’t that make life that much simpler? The Visor Neo runs on the Palm OS platform. You can download various applications ranging from games to utilities onto your Neo that run on the Palm OS. The Visor Neo comes with only 8MB worth of memory. Although this is a shortcoming, it does allow for it to be offered at a substantially lower price. The Neo mainly replaces its older sibling, the Visor Platinum, which is now no longer available. The main difference between the two is that the Neo offers a newer version of the Palm OS, version 3.5.2H3 to be exact, and a wider selection of colors for you to choose from (smoke, red, and blue).
