We reviewed the "Rock" line of coolers from Speeze some time back, but never the "Whisperock" series. This new cooler, the Whisperock 2, falls into Speeze's line of quiet coolers. The reason the coolers are so quiet is that they use a 80MM fan at a very low RPM giving you great cooling but with half the noise associated with the 60-70mm coolers normally used in AMD systems.
