The release of the Detonator 40.41 on thursday of this week was quite a surprise. After many rumors about its new incredibly enhanced performance we suffered disenchantment in many games. According to this we didn't just trusted in MadOnions 3DMark 2001SE and so additionally benchmarked with Aquanox, Serius Sam SE and the Codecreatures benchmark. Another important criterium were the possibly enhanced FSAA-performance and maybe found the only improvement of the new Detonator 40.41 in the better corporate action of the Vertex- and Pixel-Shaders. So far, an analysis of the new display-properties mustn't be absent.
