Like all hardware, the PX-W4824TA isn't perfect. One major flaw of this drive is that it tends to vibrate pretty violently and very loudly when we used certain media on it - especially those manufactured by Prodisc. Now, we know how vibrations during Reading/Writing can affect the quality of your data, which is rather ironic considering that Plextor have been a strong evangelist of quality writing.
