Despite their great demand for new SiS648 chipsets from Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS), motherboard makers are hesitant about whether to continue placing orders, given the possible sales impact and inventory pressure that may come with a recent import restriction order from the US International Trade Commission (ITC).
