We've seen the fastest internal and external CD-RW drives. Let's take a look at the HP dvd200e DVD+RW. As the first DVD+RW drive to land in our lab, the dvd200e is an external DVD+RW that writes/re-writes DVD+R/RW media at 2.4x.
