What's unusual about the CNPS6000-Cu's fan is that it doesn't directly attach to the heat sink, it attaches to the screws that hold in your video and PCI cards. Also, the fan weighs in at 92mm which is way above your average 60mm. In the package you also get the bracket that supports the fan, thermal grease, some screws, the heatsink clip (not attached to the heatsink), an adjustable fan speed controller, heatsink installation tool and, of course, a manual.
