Anandtech busts out a review on the SiS648 chipset... It seems like it's going
to give the i850E and PC1066 RDRAM a good run for its money, here's the review.
Other than ATI, SiS is the only 3rd party chipset manufacturer that can
legally produce and sell Pentium 4 chipsets; and they are definitely taking
advantage of it. Meet the SiS 648, the closest thing to 850E performance without
PC1066 RDRAM.
