"What's a router? Think of it as your own personal internet. You see, everyone has an address on the internet. The problem? Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) usually only gives you 1 or 2 addresses. If you have more computers than you do IP addresses, internet sharing becomes much more complicated. A gateway, or router, solves this problem by using a single address from the ISP, but then creates many more addresses on your side (think of an appartment building: one address, many appartment numbers). So, that's all well and good, but what's so special about this one? It's wireless. Well...not quite. It's "wireless-ready", as the name implies. "
