The boys at SubZero Tech are checking out some P4 coolers that we've never
heard of. Still, they look kinda cool, check out their review here.
The Neolec Northstar 478 and the Neolec Northstar II both appear to be the
same, out of the box it was a bit difficult to tell the difference from one
another. Both coolers are black painted and they seem to be made of Aluminum
instead of the popular Copper substance that provides better cooling.
