Seagate Backup Plus Slim External USB 3.0 2TB Hard Drive Review
6-port Firewire & USB 2.0 PCI card - 6-port Firewire & USB 2.0 PCI card
Sun, November 24 2002 | 1:01AM | PermaLink Feedback?
Mice, Keyboards, Printers, Cameras, Network Cards, CD and DVD, even Hard Drives, it seams like anything and everything now days has either a USB or Firewire/1394 connection. With the transfer rates for FireWire/1394 (400Mbps) and USB 2.0 (480Mbps) as well as the ability to add 127 USB or 63 FireWire devices, who can blame the industry for moving to such technology? Whether you are like me and using an older motherboard that doesn't have USB 2.0 or Firewire/1394 support, or if you are just looking to add a few extra ports to your PC, the Koutech 7002 6-Port controller is a nice solution.
