"As many MANY users and companies have just realized with the recent
WORM that attacked Microsoft SQL servers and caused havoc in many
companies (including Microsoft) and on the internet in general, that
security procedures should not be taken lightly. I believe it will help
to redefine exactly what Security procedures should be. A good security
plan is a multi-layered plan. Even for the home user. Because even
though no one (ok almost no one, there are a few of us real geeks out
there ) runs MS SQL Server at home, doesn't mean they didn't
help contribute to this problem, and could of helped stop it! So let's
take a look at this multi-layered security approach."
