The top management team of Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) on January 27 underwent a shake-up, with its board of directors appointing John Hsuan, vice chairman and CEO of United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), as the company’s new chairman, replacing its former chief Samuel Liu.
