Way better! It is small but not too small. The PC needs to be getting smaller, but how small? Do you really want to limit yourself to 1 PCI slot? 3 is much more reasonable, especially if you do not want to upgrade the motherboard every year. Also, micro-ATX is a widely accepted form factor. Even if Monarch were not here tomorrow (not to say that we are going away or anything) you could always replace the motherboard in your Hornet with another one, you could even obtain it locally. This is very important if your machine is running a critical application. Any service shop could fix it, no special training or proprietary parts are required, Shuttle cannot make that claim. What do you do when you want to upgrade? What if Shuttle discontinued the XPC, you would be stuck.
