"IThese Fans are extremely Quiet, if I couldn't see them spinning I wouldn't be able to say they were on. At 21 dBA I can say they are definetly rated correctly and you will not be able to complain about them being to noisy, my microphone wouldn't even pick it up from 6.5" away which is closer than where you probably sit from your computer (I Hope!) rest assured they will not make your ears bleed."
