PDP has announced the Patriot’s Extreme Performance and Dual Channel DDR2 4200+XBL series are
being renamed 5600+XBL.The change not only reflects several board level component
and PCB revisions, but also helps align the product description
to the performance derived from the memory solutions. The new
modules will eventually ship with a black colored PCB (starting March 31st) heatshielded and
backed by the same lifetime warranty of all Patriot memory solutions.
