Up here in Canada the sport of hockey is almost a religion and it's certainly
sad to hear that the 2004-2005 NHL season has officially been cancelled.
The millionaire owners and millionaire players simply couldn't get along, well
I have a message for them. Not that it matters too much I guess but you guys
have certainly lost this fan forever. I only go to around 5-7 games a year but
that money will go elsewhere now and I'll never give you guys another penny!
Neither group tried to fix the problems with the quality of the game, rather
they're both simply greedy for money. Do you feel the same way as I do? Or do
you disagree with my opinion? Let me know here...
The National Hockey League announced today that, because a new collective
bargaining agreement has not been realized, it no longer is practical to conduct
an abbreviated 2004-05 season.
