Q: I have encountered a funny problem which no one around me is able to solve. I am currently using Internet Explorer 6.0 XP SP2. I have included several Toolbars and 'Lock the Toolbars' before I closed Internet Explorer. However, after restarting the computer again, all the setting was gone and it appeared that my previous setting was not 'saved'. This problem only occurs if I start the computer after turning off and restart it again. Another thing is that I have choosen 'Full screen' but it will go back to original 'restore down' page size whenever I reboot the system. It appears that internet Explorer couldn't 'save' all the above setting. Can you help? Thank you.

A: Unless you are shutting down your system incorrectly, I'm not sure why this behaviour would be happening. Perhaps one of our readers has a suggestion they could offer through the feedback page ...
