Retail giant Wal-Mart adds
FIC and Uniwill to its value notebook lineup, they're large enough to threaten
the name brand manufacturers out there! I loved the IBM notebook I used a few
years ago, that thing was as hard as a rock. Anyway with them leaving the notebook
domain, the other retailers are vying
to gobble up IBM's market share. Did Infineon have problems
with manufacturing? Well they're denying the rumor that they had up to 30000 defective
DRAM wafers.
