"Overall, the Bluetake BT400GII is a stylish, high-performance Bluetooth headset with some design flaws which made life difficult for this reviewer. The GII has a good set of features and is very easy to setup and use. Voice dialing, mating the phone,, and changing to left ear usage was a snap. The GII also offered good performance, good volume controls and volume levels, excellent battery life and perhaps too good of a microphone pickup.
The flaws come in the design of the fit of the unit. The lack of an alternate sized or adjustable ear loop is a major bummer. Also the "sound cavity" that was created with the unit was both distracting and a bit irritating to deal with. I kept pushing the unit closer to my ear trying to get it to "fit" better. "
