Based, on the same design principals as past 3D Coolers, makes the “Super Silent” edition just as effective when cooling. The ability to keep processors cool when using low RPM ratings is something most have failed to achieve, but the 3D Cooler series really comes into its own here. Another important element of cooling is being able to do it in style, and the 3D Cooler series again gets full points here.
