"Creative unveiled an unusual product named 'Xmod' at the last press conference in Moscow on October 5, 2006.
This novelty is an external USB device that can work with a computer or separately. Xmod features a hardware DSP to apply audio effects. The large control knob allows to adjust volume, effect intensity, and mute sound (when pressed). It has the following jacks: line/mike-in and separate outputs for speakers and headphones."
