"We'd like to see Shuttle rework its technical support program to match the excellence of its design and build quality. On Shuttle's About Us page, it spends a lot of time discussing its innovative R&D group, dedication to an effective distribution network, and state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. It's appropriate in this case that there's only a small mention of a commitment to technical support."
