The Accelero X2 of Swiss cooler manufacturer ARCTIC COOLING was chosen as the cooling solution for the X1950 PRO graphic card by a leading ATI partner PowerColor. The X1950 PRO of PowerColor achieves highest performance thanks to latest internal CrossFire™ bridge and the first-ever graphic processor, which is manufactured using a 80nm fabrication process.

The patented vibration muffler of Accelero X2 absorbes vibrations caused by the rotating fan. Complex airflow simulations were conducted during development of the fan. The results were incredible cooling performance at extremely low noise levels as a result of 6 heatpipes, which enables the X1950 PRO card of PowerColor to be overclocked. Additionally the pre-applied thermal paste ensures the best heat transfer even after years of operation. The World Cyber Games (WCG) has decided to use the PowerColor X1950 PRO with ARCTIC COOLING’s Accelero X2 for the Grand Finals in Monza (Italy).
