Corsair's new low latency DDR2 memory modules is powering the fastest
PC on the 3DMark ORB.
Using the Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C3 2GB kit rated at true low latencies
of 3-4-4-9, Vince Lucido also known as K|ngp|n, was able to make his
mark on Futuremarks Hall of Fame. K|ngp|n overclocked to set new world
records, taking first place honors in 3DMark06, 3DMark05, and 3DMark03 with
scores of 13358, 20684 and 52733 respectively. This extreme enthusiast achieved
his lustrous fame by using a desktop configured with the AMD® Athlon
64 FX-62 processor chilled to -45c, NVIDIA® GeForce 7900GTX video
cards in SLI configuration, Foxconn C51XEM2AA motherboard and the Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C3
with Enhanced Performance Profiles (EPP) memory module kit.
