Microsoft is trying to get consumer eletronics firms to agree to a common connector to fight against the iPod. Well this makes sense, if Intel is going to be powering Apple desktops, might as well have Intel laptops too. On the Apple note, it has released a bunch of security patches for OS X. Blu-Ray will make an opening at CES.
