Grr... Sony DRM might kill your PC - PCstats.com Grr... Sony DRM might kill your PC
Mon, April 19 2004 | 10:23PM | PermaLink Feedback?
Man the upcoming GeForce 7800GTX 512MB looks pretty darn sweet!

We still don’t know the price of this card but it really puts ATI's Radeon X1800XT in a very hard position. This card is competing well versus old Geforce 7800GTX with 256MB of memory clocked at 430MHz core and 1200MHz but I don’t think that R520, Radeon X1800XT has much chance against 550MHz core and 1800MHz memory. Nvidia got it right this time and just nailed ATI.

Another reason to hate music labels (in this case Sony) this is just BS! >=(

So, it has finally come down to this, you don't have a choice about DRM, your rights are removed and there is no recourse. All of this to protect the profit margins of Sony Corp, at your expense. If there was ever a good argument for piracy, to me, this is it. No, better yet people, just say no and don't buy this crap, it is the higher ground.

Man Apple doesn't have any luck with the iPod Nano, and another class action suit has beeen started. A PCI Express x1 card is finally available on the market. Bad capacitors on videocards now?
