I was just discussing the same topic with a friend, anyway an expert panel says
NASA must do more to sterilize its spacecraft to prevent
planetary life contamination. A US led emissions pact has popped up which rivals
Kyoto. I certainly hope the Discovery shuttle is ok, anyway NASA has grounded
its fleet again because of falling foam chunks.
