The software scans your computer hardware to automatically detect your system configuration, and then provides a report showing the details you'll need to
know about what kind of memory you need, and even how much more the PC can accept.
The Crucial System Scanner tool shows the following bits of info:
- List of compatible memory upgrades
- How many memory slots are filled /
available
- How much total memory (in MB) the system can accept
- What
kind of graphics processing the system currently uses
