Many consumers purchase OEM or prebuilt machines and when deciding which machine to purchase the decision is usually based around the processor. We have taken two budget machines, one from Intel and the other from AMD and compared them for overall best performance. AMD has introduced the Better By Design Program which is intended to deliver better performance at a lower cost.
