Good Monday morning, I hope you had a good weekend.
ThinkComputers reviews the Thermaltake
Toughpower 1000W Modular Power Supply and well, it's certainly fancy. Virtual
Hideout plays around with the Tagan
GuardianX 1000W Silver PSU. Pro-Clockers posted its take on the Thermaltake
V1 CPU cooler. XSReviews has the Samsung
Writemaster SH-S183A SATA DVD burner and finally Legion Hardware has some
Intel
Pentium E2160 overclocking for us.
With the help of our trusty ASUS P5N-E SLI motherboard, the Intel Pentium
E2160 processor soared from 1.80GHz to a blistering 3.40GHz! At this frequency
the performance limitations of the 1MB L2 cache almost go unnoticed. Realistically
most of you are only going to overclock the E2160 to 3.0GHz as this frequency
can easily be achieved when using the standard Intel box cooler. Furthermore
a 3.0GHz overclock does not require any voltage adjustments.
