The two of the top four motherboard makers, Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) and Gigabyte Technology, both predict their May 2007 motherboard shipments will increase compared to April, while Asustek Computer and Micro-Star International (MSI) expect to see on-month drops, according to a Chinese-language Apple Daily report citing sources at the motherboard makers.
