With the motherboard of Intel's upcoming small form factor (SFF) system, D201GLY, adopting Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS)'s SiS662 chipset, SiS has increased the volume of 0.15-micron wafer processing at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) Fab8S in order to prepare for delivery of a large shipment in June, according to the Chinese-language Commercial Times.
