With VIA's patent license agreement with Intel covering aspects of Intel's P4 chipsets set to expire in April, VIA is negotiating with Intel to continue the agreement, according to the Chinese-language Apple Daily. Though there is no solid resolution yet, both companies will have more meetings before April to reach an agreement, noted the paper.
