Good Wednesday morning!
Modders Inc reviews the IPC
Queen Dual HDD Enclosure. Bit-Tech shows off the Intel
D975XBX2 motherboard and it has more enthusiast friendly options. Legion
Hardware has Corsair's DOMINATOR
Twin2X2048-9136C5D memory.
Most DDR2 memory modules designed to operate at over 1000MHz feature generic
heatspreaders that were used to cool DDR-400 memory modules. These heatspreaders
are no longer good enough to cool high-end DDR2 memory. The fact that not only
the cooling solution but also the PCB board has been completely re-designed
to handle the increased thermal loads is incredibly impressive. The temperature
results were amazing and at 1126MHz these modules operated cooler than competing
DDR2-800 solutions.
Pro-Clockers takes the COZ
Equalizer laser gaming mouse out for a spin and finally HotHardware talks
about AMD's
690G/V chipsets.
