Asustek Computer was ranked for the first time as the tenth largest PC vendor worldwide in the fourth quarter of 2006, with its shipments, including notebooks, desktops, servers and handheld mobile PCs, totaling 1.06 million units, according to market research firm IDC Taiwan.
