The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) on December 24 held a ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Nangang Exhibition Hall, the largest single exhibition hall in Taiwan able to accommodate 2,465 standard-size (3 × 3m) booths. The inaugural use of the hall will be for the Taipei International Cycle Show slated for March 2008, while the site, along with the other halls that form part of the Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC), will also play host to Computex 2008, the world's second largest IT trade show, among other events.
