"AMD has just released a new Catalyst driver for Radeon graphics cards – we check out performance under XP and Vista.
It seems like AMD forgot to send us the drivers before release this time, and there could be a reason for that. As we have a look over the release notes, there appears to be no performance improvements noted anywhere this time round."
