The companies Intel invested in include Bulgarian WiMAX operator Nexcom, an alternative telecommunications operator, which is currently constructing a nationwide WiMAX network and Nascentric, an electronic design automation (EDA) company focused on providing innovative Fast-SPICE simulation and analysis tools.
