"The scroll wheel is changeable at the click of a button on the bottom of the mouse and moves from standard click mode to free-wheel mode for fast scrolling of long documents and web pages. When in click mode or free-wheel mode you can still map commands to the scroll wheel click. Logitech also equipped the G9 with interchangeable grips that change the feel of the mouse."
